Cancellation & Refund Policy

At LG Infotech, we strive to deliver high-quality services in website development, mobile application development, and digital marketing. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellation and refund requests will be handled.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Project Start:
    If you choose to cancel the project before work has started, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund (excluding administrative or consultation fees).
  • After Project Start:
    Once the project has been initiated and resources have been allocated, cancellations will not be eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be considered based on the work completed and expenses incurred.
  • Digital Marketing Services:
    Since digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media ads, etc.) often involve upfront costs, cancellation is not allowed once the campaign is launched.

2. Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Payments:
    • Setup fees, consultation charges, domain registration, hosting services, third-party software licenses, or any services purchased from external vendors are non-refundable.
    • Advance payments made for securing project slots or resources are also non-refundable.
  • Eligible Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed only if LG Infotech is unable to deliver services as agreed upon in the signed contract/proposal.
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to lginfotech1@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue arising.
  • Mode of Refund:
    Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. No Guarantee of Results

For services like SEO, social media marketing, or paid ad campaigns, LG Infotech does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with performance metrics, as results may vary due to market conditions and third-party algorithms.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, the decision of LG Infotech will be final. Both parties agree to resolve disputes amicably before considering legal action.
