At LG Infotech, we specialize in website development, mobile application development, and digital marketing services. As we deal in digital products and services, there is no physical shipping of goods. Instead, we ensure timely digital delivery of all our projects and services.

1. Service Delivery

All services provided by LG Infotech are delivered digitally via email, cloud storage links, project management tools, or direct server deployment.
For web development and app development projects, delivery timelines will be clearly mentioned in the proposal/contract shared with the client.
For digital marketing services, reporting and campaign updates will be shared on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the service plan.

2. Delivery Timelines

The delivery time for each project may vary based on the scope of work, client requirements, and approvals.
Estimated timelines will be communicated at the start of the project.
Any delay due to dependency on client inputs (e.g., content, approvals, payments) will not be counted as a delay from LG Infotech.

3. Modes of Delivery

Websites & Applications → Deployed directly to client’s hosting/server or shared via secured download link.
Digital Marketing Reports → Delivered via email or shared on cloud platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
Designs & Documents → Shared in standard digital formats such as PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, etc.

4. Non-Delivery Circumstances

LG Infotech is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (natural calamities, internet outages, technical issues beyond our control).
If a project cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified in advance, and a suitable solution will be provided.
