You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and activities under your account.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments for services must be made in accordance with the agreed proposal or invoice.
Once a project has been started, payments made are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of LG Infotech.
Delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all required content, data, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays.
The client is responsible for ensuring that any material provided does not violate third-party rights, copyright, or applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all source code, designs, and deliverables developed by LG Infotech remain the property of LG Infotech until full payment is received.
After payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to the client, except for third-party tools, plugins, or licenses used.

6. Digital Marketing Disclaimer

Results from SEO, social media marketing, and digital campaigns may vary depending on multiple factors outside our control (such as algorithms, competition, and market trends).
LG Infotech does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

LG Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, technical, or personal information shared during the course of the project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
